Duskin receives master’s degree

Mary Catherine Duskin, of Dawson, recently received a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration degree from South University. Catie graduated in 2007 from Deerfield-Windsor School in Albany and from Mercer University in Macon in 2011. This August she will attend the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Ala. She will be in the school’s inaugural class.

Catie plans to become a primary care physician and practice medicine in rural and underserved areas. She is the granddaughter of Ed and Ann Duskin of Dawson and the daughter of Whit and Carolyn Duskin, also of Dawson. Carolyn Duskin is a member of the Albany Symphony Orchestra, and Whit Duskin is a partner in the Albany Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers PC law firm.
