ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 30 incidents on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Theft by taking on the 2200 block of Gillionville Road, the 400 block of Sands Drive, the 300 block of Williams Street, the 500 block of Johnny Williams Road and the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Possession of marijuana on the 1600 block of Whiting Drive;
— Recovered property on the 900 block of West Society Avenue and the 1300 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Discharge of firearms on the 200 block of Marie Road;
— Interfering with a city officer on the 700 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2700 block of Dawson Road and the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of Swift Street, the 1400 block of Cromartie Beach Road, the 100 block of South Front Street and the 1200 block of Eager Drive;
— Burglary on the 200 block of West Tift Avenue and the 2500 block of Forsyth Street;
— Entering auto on the 900 block of West 2nd Avenue, the 400 block of Clarendon Court, the 1600 block of Gary Avenue, the 2500 block of Gillionville Road, the 400 block of Bennington Lane, the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue, the 1500 block of Owens Avenue and the 900 block of West Roosevelt Avenue;
— Aggravated assault on the 200 block of South Davis Street;
— Criminal damage to property on the 1300 block of Gillespie Avenue, the 700 block of North Jefferson Street and the 700 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— Computer theft on the 1200 block of North Westover Boulevard;
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 11 calls on Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Traffic arrest on the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the 2900 block of Sylvester Road;
— Traffic accident on the 3300 block of Gillionville Road;
— Animal investigation on the 5900 block of Jenkins Drive, the 5400 block of Hill Road and the 3500 block of Sylvester Road;
— Fraud on the 200 block of Holly Drive;
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine calls on Tuesday, available records show. Calls included public service, building fire, medical assist for EMS, unauthorized burning, alarm system activations, downed power line and invalid assist.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 58 calls on Tuesday, available records show. There were 53 medical calls and five trauma calls.
The medical calls included six chest pain calls, four respiratory issue calls, four mental health calls, two faint calls, two altered mental status calls, two miscellaneous pain calls, one diabetic issue call, one seizure call and 30 various medical calls.
The trauma calls included three falls, one laceration and one assault.
