ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 41 incidents Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Theft by taking on the 500 block of Louis Avenue and on the 900 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Burglary in the 2nd degree on the 800 block of South Slappey Boulevard and on the 100 block of Moultrie Road;
— Assault on the 2600 block of Costner Court and on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Criminal trespass on the 900 block of Corn Avenue and on the 900 block of Faulk Court;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road and on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Deceased person on the 1400 block of East Gordon Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 2300 block of Barnsdale Way;
— False report of a crime on the 1200 block of Kingstown Court;
— Simple battery on the 400 block of West Third Avenue;
— Forgery in the 1st degree on the 1200 block of Dawson Road and on the 400 block of Poplar Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 2300 block of Jewel Street and on the first block of Patricia Drive;
— Unlicensed driver on the 300 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Domestic assault on the 1200 block of West 11th Avenue;
— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 300 block of Clark Avenue and on the 200 block of North Mock Road;
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 700 block of 10th Avenue;
— Unruly juvenile on the 900 block of South Street;
— Driving on the suspended license on the 200 block of Wells Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 20 calls Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Criminal damage on the 4800 block of Pinto Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;
— Domestic violence (verbal) on the 2600 block of North Avenue;
— Damaged property on the 6000 block of Hardup Road;
— Family violence (verbal) on the 100 block of Redbud Road;
— Traffic accident at the intersection of South Mock Road and Georgia Highway 133.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 25 calls from Thursday through the early hours of Monday, available reports show. The incidents included downed power lines, unauthorized burnings, a vehicle fire, building fires, EMS assistance, vehicle accidents, a trash fire, a cooking fire and a stuck elevator at Darton State College.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 60 calls on Sunday, available reports show. There were 51 medical calls and nine trauma calls.
The majority of the medical calls included, but were not limited to, nine respiratory issues, five miscellaneous pains, four faintings, four mental health issues, two cardiac arrests, one diabetic issue, one OB/labor issue and 21 various medical calls. The trauma calls included four fight/assault calls, two falls, two gunshot victims and one laceration.
