ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 46 incidents on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Vandalism on the 1700 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Public indecency on the 800 block of Cotton Avenue;
— Wanted person on the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue, the 1800 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 700 block of Sylvester Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 400 block of Gaines Avenue, the 400 block of Wadkins Avenue, the 300 block of West 2nd Avenue, the 400 block of West 3rd Avenue, the 1200 block of 11th Avenue and the 400 block of Forest Glen Drive;
— Open container on the 300 block of West Highland Avenue and the 1200 block of Baker Avenue;
— Theft of services on the 400 block of West Roosevelt Avenue;
— Interfering with a city officer on the 300 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Harassing phone calls on the 900 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Theft by taking on the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 2400 block of Nottingham Way, the 800 block of Cardinal Grove Court and the 1700 block of Jean Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 1700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 600 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 400 block of Dorsett Avenue and the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road and the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 2400 block of Dawson Road and the 2300 block of Dawson Road;
— Possession of marijuana on the 2200 block of Barnsdale Way;
— Burglary on the 1500 block of Ken Gardens Road, the 800 block of 21st Avenue, the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle and the 2000 block of Tomkins Avenue;
— Driving on suspended license on the 1200 block of North Jefferson Street and the 200 block of South Jackson Street;
— Criminal damage to property on the 500 block of Swift Street;
— Recovered property on the 200 block of Westover Boulevard;
— Aggravated assault on the 600 block of West Society Avenue and the 300 block of South Mock Road;
— Theft of lost or mislaid property on the 800 block of Cardinal Grove Court;
— Entering auto on the 300 block of Independence Street and the 300 block of Magnolia Street;
— Robbery by force on the 200 block of Cone Street.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least six calls on Wednesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Animal investigation on the 1600 block of Dorough Avenue;
— Theft on the 5600 block of Old Dawson Road and the 4000 block of Gravel Hill Road;
— Hospitalization on the 2700 block of Spellman Drive.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Wednesday, available records show. Calls included public service, burning garbage truck, hazmat release investigation, alarm system activations and unauthorized burning.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 51 calls on Wednesday, available records show. There were 42 medical calls and nine trauma calls.
The medical calls included Three respiratory issues, three chest pains, three miscellaneous pain calls, two faintings, two diabetic issues, two mental health issues, two OB/labor issues, one altered mental status and one seizure.
The trauma calls included five falls and three auto accident victims.
