Police/fire/EMS reports - Oct. 23, 2013

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 25 incidents on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Obstructing officer on the 2800 block of south Slappey Boulevard;

— Criminal trespass on the 2000 block of Thompkins Avenue, the 400 block of Florence Drive, the 400 block of Poplar Avenue, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 1100 block of West Lincoln Avenue, the 300 block of Rossier Lane and the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Burglary on the 1500 block of Malone Drive, the 700 block of Mobile Avenue and the 900 block of Riley Street;

— Wanted person on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue and the 2500 block of Stuart Avenue;

— Runaway juvenile on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;

— Aggravated assault on the 900 block of Rood Street;

— Terrorist threats on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Computer theft of the 800 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Statutory rape on the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Assault on the 700 block of Mobile Avenue;

— Criminal damage to property on the 600 block Cherry Avenue and the 500 block of South Jefferson Street;

— Theft by taking on the 1600 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Child abuse on the 600 block of Sands Drive;

— Harassing phone calls on the 1000 block of Pine Avenue;

— Driving on suspended license on the 1900 block of Clark Avenue;

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at 14 calls on Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Lost property on the 3700 block of Radial Avenue;

— Family violence on the 5900 block of Woodcliff Street and the 400 block of Poinciana Avenue;

— Identity theft of the 800 block of Branch Road;

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine calls on Monday, available records show. Calls included alarm activations, shorted electrical equipment, hazardous materials release information, unauthorized burning, alarm malfunction, smoke and odor removal, motor vehicle accident.
