ALBANY: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 42 incidents on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;
— Assault on the 1500 block of East Society, the 900 block of Cherry Avenue and the 900 block of Rood Street;
— Wanted person on the 300 block of Cordele Road and the 700 block of Slappey Boulevard;
— Burglary on the 2600 block of Doublegate Drive and the 900 block of West 3rd Avenue;
— Theft of lost or misplaced property on the 2300 block of Lake Park Drive;
— Open container on the 300 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 1100 block of North Harding Street, the 100 block of Cason Street, the 400 block of Flint Avenue, the 1000 block of Dunes Avenue, the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive, the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue, the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 1100 block of West Harding Street, the 100 block of Cason Street, the 400 block of Flint Avenue and the 1000 block of Dunes Avenue;
— Terrorist threats and acts on the 500 block of Louis Avenue and the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the the 1700 block of Whisperwood Drive;
— Entering auto on the 400 block of West Roosevelt Avenue;
— Public indecency on the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Missing person on the 400 block of Flint Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the the 100 block of Mitchell Avenue and the 400 block of Flint Avenue;
— Driving on suspended license on the 1600 block of Clark Avenue;
— Battery on the 700 block of West Whitney Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue, the 1700 block of Slappey Boulevard and the 300 block of West Tiff Avenue;
— DUI on the 2300 block of Palmyra Road;
— Vandalism on the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Criminal damage to property on the 300 block of Crepe Myrtle Court;
— Recovered property on the 1000 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue and the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least five calls on Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included family violence on the 1900 block of South County Line Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine calls on Tuesday, available records show. The incidents included activated alarms, trash fire, overheated A/C unit and smoke odor.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 61 calls on Tuesday, available records show. There were 50 medical calls, 10 trauma calls and one assist for the Albany Fire Department.
The medical calls included 10 chest pains, four respiratory issues, three OB/labor issues, two diabetic issues, two mental healths, two miscellaneous pain, one fainting, one altered mental status and one seizure call.
The trauma calls included three falls, two lacerations and two assaults.
