ALBANY: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 38 incidents on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of South Slappey Boulevard, the 900 block of Mercedes Street and the 500 block of Cotton Avenue;
— Lost property on the 2700 block of Dawson Road;
— Theft by taking on the 100 block of South Slappey Boulevard, the 500 block of McKinley Street, the 2300 block of Whispering Pines Road, the 1900 block of Elkhorn Lane, the 1900 block of Meadow Drive and the 300 block of Flintside Drive;
— Assault on the 500 block of Alice Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 1500 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Battery on the 500 block of Swift Street, the 400 block of West 3rd Avenue and the 10 block of Patricia Drive;
— Recovered property on the 2200 block of Doncaster Drive;
— Driving on suspended license on the 100 block of South Westover Boulevard, the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 600 block of Corn Avenue and the 1100 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Aggravated assault on the 300 block of Station Crossing Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 2500 block of Dawson Road, the 2100 block of Clark Avenue and the 200 block of Slater King Drive;
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Driving without a license on the 2000 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Armed robbery on the 500 block of Odum Avenue;
— Missing person on the 2300 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive;
— Burglary on the 1600 block of Gadsden Drive and the 2500 block of South Jackson Street;
— Deceased person on the 1300 block of Whitney Avenue;
— Criminal damage to property on the 800 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Possession of marijuana on the 2000 block of Schilling Avenue and the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Public indecency on the 500 block of West Society Avenue;
— Theft of lost or stolen property on the 2800 block of Nottingham Way;
— Computer theft on the 700 block on North Jefferson Street;
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Wednesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Family violence on the 1700 block of Moultrie Road and the 100 block of Ashwood Street;
— Missing juvenile on the 3100 block of War Eagle Drive;
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least eight calls on Wednesday, available records show. The incidents included overheated air-handling motor, downed power line, grass fire, smoke detector activation, gas leak on stove, trash fires and arching power lines.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 48 calls on Wednesday, available records show. There were 37 medical calls and 11 trauma calls.
The medical calls included five chest pain calls, three respiratory issue calls, three diabetic issue calls, three OB/labor issue calls, two faint calls, two altered mental status calls, two miscellaneous pain calls, one cardiac arrest call and 16 various medical calls.
The trauma calls included five auto accident victims, two falls, one laceration and one assault.
