Central Baptist Church’s Women’s Ministry will be hosting the “Living Proof Live Simulcast with Beth Moore” from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 14. Tickets are $20 and include a box lunch, refreshments and more. Tickets may be purchased online at albanycentralbaptist.net. All proceeds will be used for Central Baptist Women’s Ministry projects. Litman Cathedral House of Gods Saints in Christ Inc. is celebrating the 12th anniversary of service of Pastor Michael A. White and Andrea O. White. A program is planned at 6 p.m. Sunday with guest speaker Pastor Craig Jordan and Family Life Christian Center of Douglas. The program will continue at 10 a.m. Sept. 15 with guest speaker Pastor Edward Kirkpatrick of Abundant Life Ministries of Greensboro, N.C. The final celebration program is planned at 6 p.m. Sept. 15 with guest speaker Pastor Randolph Scott and Hightower Memorial Temple of Douglas.

Baconton United Methodist Church will host a gospel sing at 7 p.m. on Sept. 13 featuring By His Grace. Refreshments will be served.

A night of Southern gospel music will begin at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the former school building in Sumner. Featured will be Higher Praise and Jef and Eva Freeman. for more information, call (229) 271-8096.

Christ United Methodist Church will conduct revival services Sept. 15-17 featuring the Rev. Ed Lyman. Services are planned Sept. 15 at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. On Sept. 17, activities include a covered dish supper at 6 p.m. and a 7 p.m. service. The church is located at 505 Byron Plantation Road.

Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church will sponsor a seminar on awareness and insight of community resources from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday. Carla Hawkins, Miss Black Georgia 2010; Michael L. Fowler Sr., Dougherty County coroner, and Marietta Poole will participate. For more information, call (229) 439-9659.
