Police, EMS and fire reports - Sept. 7, 2013

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 38 incidents on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Entering auto on the 800 block of Moultrie Road and the 600 block of West Mercer Avenue;

— Recovered property on the 1000 block of Exeter Drive;

— Criminal trespass on the 1200 block of West Waddell Avenue, the 400 block of West Society Avenue, the 300 block of Drexel Street, the 2300 block of Gleneagles Drive, the 600 block of Bonneyview Avenue and the 600 block of Sands Drive;

— Assault on the 1200 block of Autumn Avenue and the 1600 block of Whisperwood Drive;

— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the 900 block of South Harding Street and the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue;

— Driving on suspended license on the 100 block of Liberty Expressway and the 300 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Theft by taking on the 200 block of South Davis Street, the 700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 900 block of West Mercer Street and the 400 block of North Washington;

— Burglary on the 1200 block of Kingstown Court;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 700 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 700 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Battery on the 800 block of Rood Street, the 2000 block of Jones Avenue and the 500 block of Flint Avenue;

— Inhumane treatment of an animal on the 1500 block of Whiting Drive and the 2300 block of Beachview Drive;

— Animal bite on the 1200 block of Sharon Drive;

— Animal running at large on the 700 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Lost or misplaced property on the 2700 block of Dawson Road;

— Missing person on the 2500 block of Cherokee Drive, the 1800 block of Mossey Drive and the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road;

— Criminal damage to property on the 1200 block of West Highland Avenue and the 300 block of Elsom Street;

— Public indecency on the 700 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Aggravated cruelty to animals on the 400 block of Maple Street;

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least three calls on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Missing person on the 1800 block of Moultrie Road;

— Traffic arrest at the intersection of Georgia Highway 3 and McKenzie Road;

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least five calls on Thursday, available records show. The incidents included tire on fire, food left on stove, pull station activation and EMS assist.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 64 calls on Thursday, available records show. There were 43 medical calls, 20 trauma calls and one assist for the Albany Fire Department.

The medical calls included four mental health calls, four miscellaneous pain calls, three respiratory issue calls, three faint calls, three seizure calls, two altered mental status calls, two diabetic issue calls, two chest pain calls, one cardiac arrest call and 19 various medical calls.

The trauma calls included 10 falls, eight auto accident victims and one assault.
