Carole Jean Clark
ALBANY- Mrs. Carole Jean Clark, 72 of Albany died Saturday September 7, 2013 at The Willson Hospice House.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
Born in Aurora, IL, Mrs. Clark was a graduate of Batovia High school. She moved to Albany three years ago moving from Augusta, GA where she had retired from The Medical College of GA as the office manager for the Office of the Chairman. She was of the Methodist faith.
“Carole was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. All who met her enjoyed her kindness and thoughtfulness, and appreciated her sense of humor. Carole loved flowers, decorating, reading, puzzles, chocolate, HGTV, and music-and Carole was surely one of the most organized people to have ever graced the earth. She will be surely missed, but has left her loved ones a legacy of family, laughter, fun, and joy.”
She was preceded in death by her parents Willard and Grace Eckblade, The father of her children Charles Clark, Brother and Sister in law Kenneth and Arlen Isbell.
Survivors include a son Richard Charles Clark and his wife Debra “Sissy” of Augusta, GA; a daughter Catherine Joy Clark Jones and her husband William Keith Jr. of Lee County; a brother Richard Eckblade and his wife Sandra of Batavia, IL; one granddaughter Kayla Brittany Jones of Atlanta; Brother and Sister in law Steve and Denese Leadabrand of Irvin, TX.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Kimbrell-Stern.
