Phillip Clay Jones Jr.

Phillip Clay Jones Jr. is a 31-year-old black male, 6 feet 2, 200 pounds, with a shaved head, black facial hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his arms, legs, chest and back. His last know address is in the 2200 block of Gillionville Road, Albany. Jones has two active arrest warrants for burglary and theft by deception in Dougherty County. He is facing an additional charge in Lee County.
