These establishments were inspected by the Dougherty, Lee and Worth County Environmental Health Offices Sept. 5-12, 2013.

The department scores on a 100-point scale with a score of 80 or greater considered to be passing.

Notes: Observed roast beef, ham, turkey, pepperoni, and chicken breast above proper cold holding temperature in serving line. Observed cheese, roast beef, ham pepperoni, and tuna out of temp in Walk in cooler. Discussed cold holding with PIC.
