Police/Fire/EMS reports - Sept. 24, 2013

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 33 incidents Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Criminal trespass on the 800 block of Flint Avenue and on the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;

— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 800 block of West Whitney Avenue and on the 1100 block of West Fourth Avenue;

— Driving on suspended license on the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Front Street and on the 900 block of DeSota Street;

— Curfew violation on the 2500 block of Dawson Road;

— Wanted person on the 2400 block of East Alberson Drive;

— Entering auto on the 2300 block of Sharon Drive and on the 3700 block of Mayfair Lane;

— Theft by taking on the 2600 block of Partridge Drive and on the 100 block of West Society Avenue;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 500 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Battery on the 500 block of South Madison Street;

— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 500 block of Pinson Road;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Unruly child on the 2300 block of Greenleaf Lane;

— Interfering with a city officer on the 600 block of South McKinley Street;

— Financial transaction card fraud on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;

— Criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree on the 200 block of Cannon Avenue and on the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle;

— Terroristic threats on the 1500 block of East Tift Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 28 calls Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Criminal damage to property on the 2600 block of Winifred Road;

— Lost tag on the 4400 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Missing juvenile recovered on the 3100 block of War Eagle Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 300 block of Philema Road;

— Traffic accident on the 1300 block of South County Line Road and on the 1900 block of Moultrie Road;

— Harassing phone calls on the 4700 block of Cooper Street;

— Theft on the 6600 block of Newton Road;

— Lost property on the 2200 block of Liberty Expressway.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 18 calls from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening, available reports show. The incidents included brush fires, building fires, water leaks, a trash fire and downed power lines.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 40 calls on Sunday, available reports show. There were 33 medical calls and seven trauma calls.

The majority of the medical calls included, but were not limited to, four chest pain calls, two seizure calls, two mental health calls, two altered mental status calls, one fainting call, one diabetic issue call, one OB/Labor issue call and 17 various medical calls. The trauma calls included, but not were not limited to, six falls.
