POSITION: Wide Receiver

SCHOOL/YR: Terrell Academy, Sr.

WHY HE’S HERE: Carlson ran for 137 yards and added 56 more in receiving yards, scoring four touchdowns to help the Eagles top Southwest Georgia Academy 49-27. He caught two touchdown passes and scored on a pair of runs (64 and 3 yards).


POSITION: Quarterback

SCHOOL/YR: Sherwood Christian, Jr.

WHY HE’S HERE: Evans finished with 178 yards passing on 13 of 19 and tossed three touchdown passes to Chris Thomas in the Eagles’ 27-14 victory over Glenwood Academy. His first two touchdown passes went for 34 and 11 yards respectively.


POSITION: Outside linebacker/running back

SCHOOL/YR: Calhoun County, Jr.

WHY HE’S HERE: Johnson rushed for 143 yards on 16 carries and scored two touchdowns in a 26-13 victory over Dougherty on Friday. Then Johnson forced a fumble late in the game that teammate Shamir Shedrick scooped up and returned 20 yards for the game-clinching touchdown.


POSITION: Quarterback

SCHOOL/YR: Lee County, Jr.

WHY HE’S HERE: The Lee County quarterback threw four touchdown passes to three different receivers in the Trojans’ 49-12 rout of Crisp County Friday night. The junior quarterback passed for more than 300 yards in the victory.
