These establishments were inspected by the Dougherty Environmental Health Offices Feb. 3-7, 2014.

The department scores on a 100-point scale with a score of 80 or greater considered to be passing.

Notes: Observed vegetable sink used for thawing a case of raw meat. Person in charge had meat moved to three compartment sink for thawing and placed the rest in walk in cooler. New Violation; Observed containers of spices on the cook line not properly labeled with the common name of the item. Person in charge had the containers labeled. New Violation; Observed a case of frozen raw beef being thawed at room temperature. Person in charge transferred packages of meat from the case to a colander in the three compartment sink and applied cold running water. New Violation; Observed washed plastic tubs used for food storage not air dried prior to stacking. Person in charge had tubs rearranged to allow for air drying. New Violation; Observed single use cans reused as food storage containers. Person in charge had food transferred to washable reusable containers. New Violation.

Notes: Observed vegetable sink soiled from raw meat. Person in charge notified to wash, rinse and sanitize the sink before using to prepare fruit and vegetables. New Violation; Observed sliced tomatoes, cooked shrimp and cut watermelon cold holding on buffet line above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Person in charge added more ice to the holding unit, discarded product and will adhere to a maximum use time of four hours from the time the items were prepared. Corrected On-Site. New Violation; Observed broccoli & chicken item and garlic & oil item hot holding below 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Person in charge discarded item. Corrected On-Site. New Violation; Observed single service plates not properly protected while on display. Person in charge covered the plates. Corrected On-Site.
