Marvin Runder Green is a 31-year-old black male who is 5 feet 5 and weighs 153 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and numerous tattoos on his neck, torso, and arms. Green’s last known address is in the 1700 block of Greenvale Road in Albany. He has active arrest warrants for aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, driving while his license was suspended and leaving the scene of an accident.
