"I would like to thank David Sanderson, manager at IHOP, and Leslie Benoit, for going above and beyond with a customer complaint. I had a bad experience at the restaurant Sunday evening. Not only did they call me to apologize, they wrote me a letter, they thanked me for directing the issue and they gave me a gift card. They are truly special people with great customer service."
