WHY SHE’S HERE: Not only was she one of the two best pitchers in Southwest Georgia, but she was arguably the top hitter after leading SGA to an undefeated regular season and an appearance in the GISA Class AAA Final Four. On the mound, she was 10-1 with 104 strikeouts in 64 1/3 innings with a 0.87 ERA. She finished her career with 719 strikeouts and more than 70 wins. At the plate, she hit .590 with seven home runs, 39 RBIs and 12 doubles.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Runner-up for Player of the Year after an amazing senior season when she dominated from the mound with 155 strikeouts in 100 innings with just eight walks and a 0.84 ERA. She eclipsed the 600 career strikeout mark and also was one of the Lady Eagles’ top hitters with a .480 batting average, five RBIs and one home run.

WHY SHE’S HERE: A lead-off hitter who stole 25-of-26 bases, hit .524 and finished with 23 RBIs and 36 runs.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .449 with 21 RBIs, 38 runs, 10 doubles and was 11-for-11 in stolen bases.
Kendyl Carver, SGA, Sr., CF
WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .471 with 33 RBIs, 27 runs, eight home runs, three triples and four doubles and has signed with Georgia Southwestern.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .333 with 25 RBIs and seven runs at the plate, while on the mound threw 43.2 innings and finished with a 1.60 ERA, 31 strikeouts and an 8-1 record.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit a team-high .350 with 17 RBIs.
Amber Olson, Sherwood, Jr., SS
WHY SHE’S HERE: Led the Lady Eagles with 22 RBIs and also had a batting average of .330. She also had six doubles and two home runs.
Ashley Morris, Lee County, Jr., SS
WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .361 and also had an on-base percentage of .412 and finished with 40 runs and 17 RBIs. She also led the team with 15 stolen bases.

WHY SHE’S HERE: A power hitter who led Lee in home runs (4) and slugging percentage (.563) and also had a .327 batting average with 23 RBIs and 12 doubles.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .472 with 36 RBIs, 28 runs, three home runs, two triples and 16 doubles. She also had a slugging percentage of .741.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .424 with 41 RBIs, 46 runs, five home runs, three triples and 10 doubles. She also had a slugging percentage of .686.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .352 with 22 runs, seven doubles and just three strikeouts in 102 plate appearances. She also stole 13-of-14 bases, finished with a .420 on-base percentage and is committed to Wallace Community College in Dothan, Ala.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Went 15-6 with 101 strikeouts and a 1.89 ERA in 141.1 innings pitched. She is committed to Wallace Community College in Dothan, Ala.
Eden Cunningham, Miller County, Sr., SS
WHY SHE’S HERE: The two-time Region 1-A Defensive Player of the Year finished her senior season with a .475 batting average, 12 doubles and 30 RBIs and recently signed a softball scholarship with the University of West Georgia.
Kimmie Davis, Baconton Charter, Sr., CF
WHY SHE’S HERE: A four-year starter and the co-offensive player of the year in Region 1-A. She finished with a .632 batting average, five home runs, 28 RBIs and stole 36-of-36 bases.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .403 with 22 RBIs, 23 runs and 11 doubles.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .338 with 16 RBIs, 19 runs and 10 doubles. As a pitcher, she struck out 29 in 30 innings and finished with a team-low ERA of 3.28.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .421 with 14 RBIs, 13 runs and struck out just five times all season.
Savannah Brown, Crisp Academy, Jr., P
WHY SHE’S HERE: Went 9-1 with a 1.22 ERA and .881 WHIP and only walked 15 of the 254 batters she faced. At the plate, she hit .350 with 18 RBIs and a slugging percentage of .507.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Hit .507 with 22 RBIs, an on-base percentage of .640 and a slugging percentage of .699.
Meagan Coleman, Crisp County, Jr., P/INF/OF
WHY SHE’S HERE: Was the Region 1-AAAA Player of the Year in both 2012 and 2013 and was 13-7 on the mound with a 2.02 ERA and 104 strikeouts and hit .340 at the plate. She had one no-hitter and seven shutouts.
