"Haley Kilpatrick Dozier, Albany native, author of “The Drama Years” and founder and executive director of Girl Talk, visited Kiwanis of Dougherty County on Monday to talk about her organization, which has now touched 40,000 young girls in 43 states and six countries. What she has accomplished in just a dozen years, starting when she was only 15, to help girls at a very vulnerable time in their lives, is nothing short of astonishing. May God continue to bless her and her efforts."
