Public safety roundup for Saturday, Sunday and into Monday

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 14 incidents Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) on the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Assault/public disturbance on the 3300 block of Deans Road;

— Theft by taking on the 900 block of West Tift Avenue and on 1500 block of Dawson Road;

— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle and on the 1000 block of West Lincoln Avenue;

— Wanted person the 800 block of Rood Street;

— Possession of a controlled substance on the 1400 block of North Jefferson Street;

— Driving under the influence (alcohol) on the 2200 block of Palmyra Road;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 400 block of Partridge Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 34 calls on Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Recovered property on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;

— Traffic arrest/wanted person at Williams Street and East Oakridge Drive;

— Traffic accident on the 1500 block of South Mock Road and on the 7500 block of Gillionville Road;

— Unruly juvenile on the 3100 block of War Eagle Avenue;

— Driving under the influence on the 1200 block of Nixon Drive;

— Family violence on the 2700 block of Fleming Road;

— Criminal trespass (warning) on the 200 block of Redbud Road;

— Missing juvenile on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;

— Child molestation on the 2200 block of Liberty Expressway;

— Criminal damage on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road.
