Public safety roundup for Albany and Dougherty County on Tuesday and into Wednesday

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least eight incidents on Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Theft of lost or mislaid property on the 3900 block of Gillionville Road;

— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of Park Lane and on the 1200 block of South Van Buren Street;

— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 600 block of Cotton Avenue;

— Theft by conversion (motor vehicle theft) on the 1900 block of Edgewood Lane;

— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Davis Street and on the 2000 block of Palmyra Road;

— Theft by taking on the 300 block of Lexington Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least three calls Tuesday evening and into Wednesday morning, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Traffic accident at Georgia Highway 3 and McKenzie Road;

— Family violence on the 800 block of Ransom Acres Lane;

— Traffic accident and driving under the influence arrest on the 2800 block of Home Drive.
