Tahsean Janlee Mays is a 22-year-old black male who is 5 feet 11 in height and weighs 135 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and numerous tattoos on his neck, arms and hands. Mays has tattoos of a two skulls on his left forearm with one wearing a hat, “GMB” on his right hand, and “Sean” on his right forearm. Mays’ last known address in Dougherty County is in the 1200 block of Baker Ave. Mays has active an arrest warrant for theft by taking of motor vehicle.
