"Like every other similar town, retail and restaurants have moved to the suburbs and they are not coming back. People only go downtown because they have to deal with a government agency and they are afraid to go at night, so that leaves a limited opportunity for a lunch type restaurant and a few stores. Downtown is what it is and the sooner we recognize that, the better off we as taxpayers will be."
