ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 56 incidents on Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Entering auto on the 3600 block of Club Drive and on the 300 block of South Mock Road;
— Driving under the influence (less safe) on the 2100 block of Dawson Road and on the 300 block of Pine Avenue;
— Battery on the 100 block of North Harding Street;
— Assault on the 200 block of Pinson Road and on the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1100 block of Crawford Drive and on the 500 block of Swift Street;
— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 700 block of West Second Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 900 block of West Oakridge Drive and on the 2200 block of South Jackson Street;
— Theft by taking on the 200 block of Oak Street and on the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Harassing phone calls on the 700 block of Cantrell Lane and on the 1400 block of Newton Road;
— Saggy pants on the 800 block of Willie Pitts Jr. Road;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road and on the 300 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Confinement of animals on the 2000 block of Nottingham Way;
— Simple battery on the 900 block of Mercedes Street;
— Interference with a city officer on the 1100 block of Clark Avenue and on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Driving while license suspended on the 1000 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Domestic dispute on the 900 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
— Robbery on the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 2800 block of Gillionville Road and on the 2200 block of Grady Street;
— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 1000 block of Wingate Avenue and on the 500 block of Park Lane;
— Theft of lost/mislaid property on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Reckless conduct on the 1000 block of Flint Avenue;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 600 block of Chippington Court;
— Wanted person on the 700 block of West Lincoln Avenue and on the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 29 calls on Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Suspicious auto on the 3500 block of Moultrie Road and on the 1800 block of Dorough Avenue;
— Abandoned auto on the 1400 block of Little Train Lane and on the 2800 block of Kirksey Road;
— Assist motorist on the 1100 block of Gillionville Road;
— Auto accident on the 3100 block of War Eagle Avenue;
— Bite case on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;
— Suspicious person/wanted person on the 4500 block of Sylvester Road;
— Animal call on the 5400 block of Dyson Court;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 4300 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Family violence on the 1000 block of Butternut Avenue;
— Traffic stop/wanted person on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 18 calls from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening, available reports show. The incidents included a grass fire, a lightening strike, EMS assistance, trash fires, a smoke scare and a cooking fire.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 68 calls on Sunday. There were 51 medical calls, 16 trauma calls and one assistance call for the Albany Fire Department.
The majority of the medical calls included, but were not limited to, 11 miscellaneous pains, nine respiratory issues, three mental health issues, two chest pains, two diabetic issues, one fainting, one altered mental status and 19 various medical calls. The trauma calls included nine auto accident victims, four falls and three assaults.
