BILL CASH: U.S. southern border is being crashed by women and children from Central America

LETTER TO THE EDITOR: With 400,000 in and more coming, U.S. assistance programs will not have enough money

If you are drawing and depending upon government assistance, please read this carefully. Right now, as you read this, there are thousands of illegal immigrants coming across the southern border of the United States.

It has been bad before, but now women, pregnant women and children are being used to gain entry and know that they will not be put back across the border. As of Friday, June 13, the Border Patrol estimated that 400,000 — that’s 400,000 — had come into the USA.

Since there is no choice but to let them stay, they will be taken care of by the government. Once they get to where they are going, they will be given food stamps, welfare assistance and anything else government subsidy requires. Friday, a Mexican official stated that we could expect thousands more because they are assembling in Central America to come north.

This is a huge problem! For every dollar the government spends on the illegal people forcing their way into the USA, a dollar is lost for our own people, U.S. citizens, some of whom depend upon government assistance just to exist. With the hundreds of thousands already here and more coming, government assistance programs are in danger of being broken and running out of money.

Some politicians say, “No problem.” But we have learned that politicians will tell the public anything to get re-elected. So I urge everyone reading this to get in touch with one of our congressmen and the president’s office and explain to them that unless they make a stand on getting our borders secured, they will not be supported on election day. I urge you to do it today. Once the money is gone, the assistance to our own people will stop and it will take a very long time to get the help going again.
