Albany Area Kitchen Inspections - June 22, 2014

These establishments were inspected by the Dougherty and Lee County Environmental Health Offices June 14-19, 2014.

The department scores on a 100-point scale with a score of 80 or greater considered to be passing.

Notes: Observed cold holding equipment incapable of maintaining potentially hazardous food at proper temperatures. Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A design flaw in cooling unit is allowing the cool air to escape from the reach-in refrigerator through the cold hold rack for the condiments. CFSM will have a tray installed between two sections to correct the design flaw. The raw chicken, pork, and beef used for Tacos was placed in bags and then placed in ice.
