Saw pictures of flooding along and near the northern part of the Mississippi River tonight and then there were pictures of the drought in California. I thought, what could be done to help with these U.S. domestic problems?

Solution: Take the billions of dollars the U.S. State Department gives yearly to Egypt and Pakistan and transfer the tax dollars to the Interior Department, earmarked for the construction of pipelines not unlike those for natural gas and crude oil that crisscross this country and pump water from flooded regions in the Midwest to the Rocky Mountains to connect with existing waterways from the mountain to the California farmers!

This is not rocket science.
