MCLB-Albany celebrates Independence Day

Travis and Amber Stone, of Baconton, take their children — Wyatt, 5, and Laney, 3 — on an early stroll around the 2014 Independence Day Celebration at Marine Corps Logistics Base-Albany on Friday. The free festivities, held a week early this year, included live music by Unbreakable Bloodline and Barb Wire, military working dog demonstrations, children’s bouncy castles and waterslides and food venders. The after-dark fireworks display provided a grand finale for attendees. (Staff Photo: Jim West)
