PELHAM - Master Jaboris Copeland, Jr., 9, of Meigs, Ga. passed on Sunday, March 9, 2014. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church, 1950 John Collins Rd., Pelham, Rev. Mikeal lovejoy, Pastor-Officiating. Burial will follow in Meigs Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home Friday 5-6pm. Jaboris Antwan Copeland Jr. A.K.A. J-Gudda, the son of Thomasina Hobbs and Jaboris Antwan Copeland Sr., was born in Thomas County Georgia on July 23rd, 2004. In 2010, Jaboris confessed JESUS CHRIST as his Lord and Savior and then united with Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church where he was baptized. He attended Cross Creek Elementary School. His survivors include: his loving parents: Thomasina Hobbs and Jaboris Antwan Copeland Sr., Meigs, Georgia; brother Kameron Jai’yon Copeland, Meigs, Georgia; Grandparents: Rena Hobbs, Meigs, Georgia; Queen E. Copeland, Meigs, Georgia; Uncles: Fredrick Donaldson, Clarence Hobbs, Brandon Copeland all of Meigs, Georgia; He also leaves to cherish three little sisters and five little brothers all of Meigs, Georgia; god mother: A’lashia Ivey, Meigs, Georgia; god fathers: Renard Mitchell Sr., Meigs, Georgia; Roncine Mitchell Sr., Meigs, Georgia; god sister: Brandy Copeland, Meigs, Georgia; A host of special aunts, uncles, and cousins.
