ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 38 incidents on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Wanted person on the 1400 block of West Whitney Avenue;
— Battery on the 300 block of Carriage Lane, the 1200 block of West 4th Avenue, the 2000 block of Lafayette Circle, the 2700 block of Dawson Road, the 1700 block of Gillionville Road and the 800 block of North Cleveland Street;
— Assault on the 400 block of South Cleveland Street;
— Criminal trespass on the 800 block of Corn Avenue, the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, the 300 block of South Jackson Street, the 400 block of Clark Avenue, the 1500 block of Shirley Avenue, the1400 block of South Harding Street, and the 1300 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
— Burglary on the 300 block of Carriage Avenue, the 2000 block of West Whitney Avenue, the 500 block of South Van Buren Street, the 2300 block of Old Dominion Road, the 900 block of South Street, the 2000 block of West Whitney Avenue, the 300 block of Moultrie Road and the 2000 block of Station Crossing Drive;
— Forgery on the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road and the 1500 block of Slappey Boulevard;
— Criminal damage to property on the 700 block of Baldwin Drive;
— Disorderly conduct on the 900 block of Holloway Avenue;
— Driving on suspended license on the 1200 block of North Westover and the 1700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1600 block of Gadsden Drive and the 200 block of South Davis Street;
— Obstructing an officer on the 1800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;
— Possession of drug paraphernalia on the 1300 block of North Monroe Street;
— Theft by taking on the 300 block of Grant Place;
— Unruly child on the 1100 block of East Roosevelt Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 500 block of Don Cutler Drive and the 600 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Harassing phone calls on the 700 block of Station Crossing Drive;
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 10 incidents on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents include:
— Family violence on the 3700 block of Slade Lane and the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;
— Loitering or prowling on the 600 block of Heartwood Lane;
— Fraud on the 3000 bloc of Sylvester Road;
— Loud music on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;
— Sexual assault on the 4000 block of of Radium Springs Road;
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 14 calls on Thursday. Calls included public service, alarms system activations, medical assists to EMS, power lines down, passenger vehicle fire, heat from short circuit, shorted electrical equipment, smoke detector activation.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 74 calls on Thursday. The incidents included 56 medical calls and 18 trauma calls.
The medical calls included six respiratory issue calls, five chest pain calls, five miscellaneous pain calls, four seizure calls, three altered mental status calls, two mental health calls one faint and 25 various medical calls.
The trauma calls included 10 auto accident victims, four falls and one laceration.
