Public safety roundup for Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 73 incidents on Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 1800 block of Lullwater Road and on the 800 block of Corn Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard and on the 1100 block of Avalon Avenue;

— Theft by taking on the 2200 block of Gillionville Road and on the 900 block of Rood Street;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2400 block of Westgate Drive and on the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Entering auto on the 1800 block of Melrose Drive and on the 400 block of Edgewood Lane;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 1000 block of Fifth Avenue and on the 700 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Driving with a suspended license on the 1900 block of South Madison Street and on the 1300 block of West Broad Avenue;

— Simple battery on the 2000 block of Beachview Drive;

— Criminal trespass on the 2300 block of Bluewater Drive and on the 900 block of West Tift Avenue;

— Burglary in the 2nd degree on 800 block of 21st Avenue and on the 500 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Theft of lost/mislaid property on the 2400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;

— Recovered property on the 300 block of South Jackson Street;

— Possession of marijuana on the 1300 block of West Broad Avenue and on the 100 block of Front Street;

— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 3400 block of Brookhollow Parkway and on the 1000 block of Wingate Avenue;

— Forgery in the 1st degree on 1700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and on the 1500 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Driving under the influence refusal on the 600 block of Tulsa Lane;

— Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of North Front Street and on the 300 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Public indecency on the 1800 block of Palmyra Road and on the 700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Assault (domestic violence) on the 600 block of Holland Drive;

— Open container on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Saggy pants on the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Injured person on the 400 block of West Tift Avenue;

— Lost/mislaid property on the 600 block of Stadium Drive;

— Reckless driving on the 1000 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree on the 200 block of Sunrise Drive;

— Theft of lost/mislaid property on the 1000 block of West Broad Avenue and on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;

— Financial transaction card fraud on the 1400 block of North Monroe Street;

— Probation violation on the 500 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Wanted person on the 2500 block of Stuart Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 28 calls on Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Water rescue on the first block of Georgia Power Road;

— Suspicious person on the 7000 block of Hardup Road;

— Traffic light out on the 1700 block of Moultrie Road;

— Auto accident (deer) on the 3400 block of Clark Avenue and on the 1100 block of Liberty Expressway;

— Missing person on the 2600 block of Great Oak Street and on the 400 block of Holly Drive;

— Suspicious person on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road and on the 1000 block of Spring Hill Drive;

— Suspicious auto on the 300 block of Lockett Station Road and on the 4300 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Discharging firearms on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;

— Loud music on the 500 block of Old Pretoria Road;

— Tree down on the 2600 block of Crofton Drive;

— Burglary (residence) on the 4800 block of Folly Drive;

— Speeding auto on the 2500 block of Bridgeboro Street;

— Accidental damage on the 3000 block of East Park Court;

— Abandoned auto on the 2500 block of Regina Road and on 1400 block of Eight Mile Road;

— Family violence on the 3500 block of Sylvester Road on the 3000 block of Dove Avenue.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 21 incidents from Friday morning through Sunday evening, available reports show. The incidents included building fires, EMS assistance, a gasoline spill, an animal rescue, motor vehicle accidents, an unauthorized burning, trash fires, a downed power line and a water rescue.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 57 calls on Sunday, available reports show. There were 54 medical calls and three trauma calls.

The majority of the medical calls included, but were not limited to, eight respiratory issue calls, five chest pain calls, two fainting calls, two diabetic issue calls, two seizure calls, two miscellaneous pain calls and one OB/labor issue. The trauma calls were three falls.
