MIAMI — A naked woman in a hotel room shared by Colin Kaepernick and Albany’s Ricardo Lockette was the subject of two 911 calls made on April 2, according to audio released by the Miami police on Tuesday.

Kaepernick, the San Francisco 49ers quarterback, denied any wrongdoing when word of the occurrence because public. Miami police continues looking into what it terms a “suspicious incident,” not a criminal investigation.

Lockette, a receiver for the Seattle Seahawks and a former Monroe star, and 49ers receiver Quinton Patton were also named in the original police report, which was made in the wake of an unnamed woman ending up in a hospital the morning of April 2.

In the first 911 call, a male caller who identifies himself as “security” says of the woman, “She said her name was Jesus, and she don’t have no clothes on.” He added that she was visiting one of the men in the room.

The second call was made by Lockette, multiple media outlets reported, and he said, “I want to report there’s a young lady in my friend’s bed. He’s not here. She’s going to wait in his bed. She’s not leaving. We asked her to leave. We told her he won’t be here tonight. She said she’s not leaving until she sees him.”

The 911 operator asked the caller if the woman was seeking her boyfriend.

“No, no,” the man said. “He’s not her boyfriend. He’s just someone she wants to sleep with. But he’s not here, so she went in and got in his bed naked. And said she’s going to stay there until he gets back.”

According to police, the woman said she passed out and later awakened in a hospital.

Kaepernick strongly defended himself on Twitter after news of the incident spread. He also spoke about the incident last Friday in his hometown of Turlock, Calif., at a public event.

“It’s been put out that I did something wrong,” he said, according to the Modesto Bee. “Even though it’s a bad circumstance, a bad situation, I feel like ultimately I’ve been blessed because it’s changed my way of thinking. It’s made me stronger. It’s made me look at things differently.”

He told his hometown fans he appreciated their support.
