ALBANY _ Staff members of the Albany Central Library will be showing off their renovated facility Saturday with a variety of activities for the public.

The library has something for everyone. Visit the first floor for magazines, newspapers, and the New Books section. Patrons also can get a free library card while browsing on the first floor.

Dougherty County PINES cardholders, can settle their account if they owe any money for past due books by taking advantage of a limited time 25 percent amnesty on overdue fines Saturday through Wednesday.

Visitors can check out the computer lab on the second floor, or bring the family to enjoy the children’s room on the third floor. The fourth floor features the new Teens Room on the fourth floor and the DVD section.

The Central Library will host a performance by master juggler and former Cirque du Soleil trainer Ron Anglin at 11 a.m. Saturday in a program designed for both children and adults.

The Central Library is located at 300 Pine Ave. All events are free and open to the public.
