Manny Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum says that Floyd Mayweather's request to have Olympic-style drug testing in place is both ridiculous and a way for Mayweather to get out of the fight as Arum sets a deadline of today for Mayweather to back off his demands or accept the original terms of the fight -- or the bout is officially off.
