In a pair of bug football decisions Wednesday afternoon, first NFL living legend Brett Favre returns to the Minnesota Vikings, while a little further south in Plant City, Fla., one of the nations top college prospects holds a Lebron-like news conference to announce he had picked FSU over Georgia.
