Albany outdoorsman Dave Krantz recently returned from a 19-day trek down the Mississippi River from Minnesota back to Southwest Georgia, writing a journal about his experience every day during his journey. The following is Krantz's Day 7 journal entry in which he waits out some rain, navigates through river debris and gives a little tribute to Mark Twain.
