Randolph-Clay's Mitchell -- one of Georgia's best -- heads to East Tennessee State
Last month, East Tennessee State won the "Destiny Mitchell Sweepstakes" when they snagged The Herald's co-Player of the Year for girls basketball for the 2009-10 season -- and on Friday at Randolph-Clay, she made it official by signing her national letter-of-intent.
