A Lincoln Continental crashed into a guardrail on Liberyt Expressway at Slappey Boulevard about 4:40 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, 2010. Authorities say the driver appeared to have lost consciousness just before the wreck.

An unidentified driver has been taken to an Albany hospital after he apparently lost consciousness and ran into a guardrail.
