First Chile mine survivors brought to surface
UPDATE at 9:12 a.m. ET: A 12th miner has now been pulled to the surface in Chile, leaving 21 still underground. Chilean officials say they have picked up the pace of the rescue and are now able to remove a miner about every 50 minutes. At that pace, the last miner should be removed late Thursday.
