After beating Crisp County twice in the last two weeks, the regular-season Region 1-AAA champion Westover boys are upset, 58-55, late Thursday night by the Cougars in the Region 1-AAA tournament semifinals -- spoiling the highly anticipated Monroe-Westover Part III rubber match tonight.
