Drop-kick debacle
The SIFL calls it a "simple misunderstanding" in the case of the Panthers having three points deducted at halftime during Saturday's title game against the Swashbucklers for Geoff Boyer's seemingly legal two-point drop kicks on point-after attempts. So this week, Albany coach Lucious Davis and GM Will Carter, along with league president Thom Hager, do their best to explain what happened during the bizarre situation which has since made national headlines.
