For the first time since legendary FSU coach Bobby Bowden's longtime friend and one-time coaching rival Joe Paterno was fired late Wednesday night by Penn State amid an ongoing investigation into child abuse by Paterno's former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky, Bowden gives his candid thoughts on Paterno's dismissal during a one-on-one interview with The Albany Herald on Friday afternoon at Doublegate Country Club.
