Mayoral candidates saddled with ethics violations
Ethics officials say neither Dorothy Hubbard nor John White have filed campaign disclosure reports for the Sept. 30 filing period while B.J. Fletcher has been fined for not filing a June report.
Officials with the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission say that the candidates running to become Albany's mayor are in violation of state ethics rules governing campaign disclosures.
