Hammer Jam, a five-band all-day musical event will be held Saturday from 2:30 until in the parking lot of Austin's Firegrill on Old Dawson Road. Admission to the event is $10 with all proceeds benefiting Flint River Habitat for Humanity. Austin Newman (pictured) said one of Habitat's current projects is the building of a home for a military veteran.
