Albany State slugger Williams Smalls, the reigning conference Player of the Year, earns First-Team preseason conference honors Wednesday, while teammate Rickey Harris is named to the Second-Team and Lady Rams softball player Chaconna Marks is named to the All-Conference preseason softball team.
