Taylor: I’m bringing gold back to Albany

Albany native and former Georgia Tech star Angelo Taylor — who was back in town Tuesday to present the Lady Tornadoes their state-title rings for winning the Class AAA crown for the third straight time last season — knows he is on the edge of history as he trains for the 2012 Summer Olympics, where he hopes to become the first man to win three Olympic gold medals in the 400-meter hurdles. (EDITS: corrects that Taylor is not a Monroe grad)
