A trailer flipped over causing a black Chevrolet Trailblazer to crash as it headed east on Liberty Expressway about two miles west of the Jefferson Street exit about 4 p.m. Tuesday. Albany Fire Department firefighters and a crew from the Quality Wrecking Service cleared the roadway, allowing traffic to resume after about an hour.
