Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson, speaking at a media luncheon Friday, said starting QB Tevin Washington will enter the season as the No. 1 signal caller and that struggling defensive coordinator Al Groh will return next year, despite the Yellow Jackets' defense not showing much improvement in Groh's two seasons on the job.
