AMF Bowl-A-Rama Lanes has been purchased by Bob Brooks, long-time owner of the building housing the facility. For undisclosed reasons, AMF had decided to leave the Albany area when its lease expired. Brooks, an avid bowler, said the business had been doing fine financially and he believes Albany families need places to bowl.
