In just his second trip back to his home state of Georgia on Tuesday, Leesburg’s Buster Posey, left, went 3-for-5 with 5 RBI for the Giants in their series opener against Brian McCann and the Braves, including this double to score teammate Gregor Blanco in the first inning in Atlanta. The NL West-leading Giants won, 9-0.

In his second trip back to his home state since being drafted by in 2008, Leesburg’s Buster Posey talked to The Herald on Tuesday before the Giants faced the Braves about his amazing 2012 season that has included catching a perfect game, being the top NL All-Star vote-getter and the leader of first-place San Francisco.
